If you are like me, you see the same movies pop up over and over as you search for something to watch. I used to subscribe to Netflix, but took a break a few months ago after not finding much new to watch. I am an Amazon Prime member which gets me free shipping on almost everything I buy, and the subscription also includes free Amazon Prime Instant Video too.

I’ve tried watching movies on Crackle and some of the other free services that came with my Roku player, but honestly, they have WAY too many ads. I’d rather pay for a movie if I can’t find it on Amazon Prime.

I’m always looking at the Recently Added list, but those lists don’t seem to change all that often.

Rather than endlessly typing movies into the search bar to see if they are offered, I recently asked for movie suggestions on Facebook. Here are the suggestions from my fellow St. Louis blogger friends for movies you can stream on Amazon Instant Video, including some that are free if you are a Amazon Prime member. The movies cross all genres, so there is sure to be something you will like on this list.

I’ve only seen 3 of the movies that made this recommendation list, Sliding Doors, The Boy in the Striped Pajamas and Beautiful Girls. I would agree that these ones are great and add my recommendation them!
